Pralinhuset is owned and run by Mieneke och Günter.

We produce our own chocolate and import pralines and chocolate truffles. Chocolate is sculptured and cast in a variety of forms and figures. We supply a wide range of high-quality organic chocolate and also sell chocolate and pralines suitable for allergy sufferers, such as lactose-free (milk sugar-free) dark chocolate and much more.

We use 60 - 100 % cocoa pulp in the manufacturing of our chocolate bars. The chocolate is spiced and flavoured in an exciting and novel way, using chilli, cardamom, fruit truffle and so on.

Who are we?

German-born Günter is a trained chef and chocolatier, who has worked in the UK, Switzerland and Austria.

Mieneke is from the Netherlands and is a trained chef and confectioner. She has a qualification from the Hotel & Catering School in Oxford, England (HCIMA).

Together they have over 20 years experience from five-star hotels and first-class restaurants across Europe.
